Cancel your subscription without deleting your account

You can cancel your current subscription plan without having to go through the traditional method of deleting your Silatus account.

To cancel your subscription without deleting your account, take the following easy steps:

Step 1: From your dashboard or any part of your account, click on your account name located on either the top right corner or bottom left side of the page.

Step 2: Select Billing from the options that pop up.

Step 3: On the Billing page, scroll down to the Subscription section and click on the Change button beside it. 

Step 4: You should now be on the subscription page. Now locate your subscription on the page and click on Cancel Plan at the bottom. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The page is set to automatically load the YEARLY subscription plans. If you are on the MONTHLY subscription plan, you may need to click the Monthly tab at the top of the page to see the Cancel Plan option.
