Using automation to schedule periodic newsletters

Created by Akindele Francis Abayomi, Modified on Mon, 18 Mar 2024 at 09:26 AM by Christopher Pratt

The automation feature of Silatus AI allows you to schedule periodic newsletters on any research area of your choice. Once scheduled, the newsletter gets delivered to your email address or URL daily, weekly, monthly, or annually – depending on your chosen delivery method and frequency of delivery, respectively. This means that you decide what information you get, when you get it, and how many times you get it.

To use automation to receive periodic newsletters delivered to you, follow these simple 4 steps below:

Step 1: From your account dashboard or any section, click on the New tab on the left panel. Now locate and select Automation from the drop-down sub-menu and allow a few seconds to load the newsletter form.

Step 2: Describe the topic and format of your newsletter automation by filling out the two boxes (the Research and Final Output) on the page, then click on the Next Step button below the form to proceed.

Research Modes:

Note: Some research modes, such as Academic and Precise, are available only on upgraded plans.

If you want to restrict your research to only include peer-reviewed research, switch from General mode to Academic mode by hovering over the box and selecting Academic.

If you want to take advantage of Silatus AI's most accurate, factual, and precise research engine, switch from Fast mode to Precise mode by hovering over the box and selecting Precise.

Step 3: Fill out the form, including the content title, schedule, and output method, then click on the Activate Automation button below the form to proceed to the next step.

Step 4: On the emerging page is a review of the newsletter automation schedule you just made. Review the entire information to be sure something isn’t missing, then click on the Trigger button on the left for your newsletter automation to start running.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully scheduled a newsletter automation. The results will be delivered to your specified output method (email address or URL) on the period you specified.
